丁丙橡胶流动性能的研究
A STUDY OF THE FLOW BEHAVIOR OF BUTADIENE-PROPYLENE ALTERNATING COPOLYMER
【摘要】 用Instron 3211型毛细管流变仪,研究了钒系丁丙橡胶的流动特性。结果表明,在本实验条件下,流变指数小于0.5,表观粘度为103—105泊。表观粘度对切变速率和切应力较敏感,并且,在低切变速率下对温度也较敏感。在切变速率15秒-1下,粘流活化能为3.04千卡/摩尔,它随切变速率增大而减小,在恒切应力3×106达因/厘米2下,粘流活化能为9.04千卡/摩尔,它与切应力值关系不大。
【Abstract】 An experimental study has been carried out with an INSTRON capillary rheometer ( Type-3211 ) to examine the flow behavior of butadiene-propylene alternating copolymer (PBR).The results indicate that the flow index of PBR is smaller than 0.5 and the apparent viscosity is 103-105 poises over a wide range of shear rate(100-103 sec-1 ) .It has been found that the apparent viscosity of PBR is sensitive to shear rate, shear stress, and to temperature at lower shear rate levels as well.The viscous flow activation energy at a constant shear rate of 15 sec-1 is 3.04 kcal/mole, which decreases as shear rate increases.However, the viscous flow activation energy is 9.04 kcal/mole at a constant shear stress of 3×106 dyn/cm2, which is almost independent of shear stress levels.
