末端嵌段丁苯无规共聚物的合成研究
A RESEARCH OF THE SYNTHESIS OF TERMINAL-BLOCKED BUTADIENE-STYRENE RANDOM COPOLYMERS
【摘要】 <正> 采用烷基碱金属化合物为引发剂,在饱和烃类溶剂中合成丁二烯-苯乙烯无规共聚物的技术,在国外已得到工业化应用。但这种溶聚丁苯在常温下易产生塑性变形,冷流倾向较为突出。通过在无规丁苯大分子活性链端联接聚苯乙烯刚性嵌段的方法,可以有效地改善溶聚丁苯的冷流性能。美国Phillips公司于1968年曾对正丁基锂/四氢呋喃引发体系溶聚丁苯共聚物引入末端嵌段以改善冷流性能的结果进行过报道。本研究以正丁基锂(n-BuLi)为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,添加叔丁基氧钾(t-BuOK)或四氢呋喃(THF),采用分步加料的方
【Abstract】 Butadiene-Styrene random copolymers, whose terminals joined with short blocks of polystyrene, were synthesized with cyclohexane as solvent and n-BuLi/t-BuOk and n-BuLi/THF as initiator systems. The products obtained were characterized by their low cold flow properties. The effects of different conditions of terminal block formation on the regularities of the structures and the cold flow properties of the products were also investigated.
