小鼠胚胎后期、新生及成年鼠肾非特异性酯酶的定位观察
Histoche mical Localization of Nonspecific Esterase in the Kidneys of Post Embryonic Period,Newborn and Adult Mice
【摘要】 本文以α—醋酸萘酯为底物显示酯酶活性,在成年 ICR 小鼠肾酯酶的分布与 Abe 等人在狗、兔、大鼠肾所得的结果基本一致,即酶活性最强定位在近曲小管。第17天鼠胚肾和新生鼠肾皮质内带成熟的肾单位出现明显的酯酶活性,最强在近曲小管;而皮质外带肾单位分化程度较低,酯酶活性很弱,甚至无活性。这与 Wachsten 等人在新生豚鼠和大鼠肾所观察的结果一致。但酯酶的出现时间比 Hunter 和韩雪梅所报道的早些。
【Abstract】 In this study α—naphthyl acetate was used as substrate to show esterase activi(?)y.The distribution of esterase in the kidneys of adult ICR mouse was essentially in agreement with the result in the kidneys of dog,rabbit and rat obtained Abe et al,in which the enzyme activity was strongest in proximal tnbules. In the kidneys of the 17—day—old mouse embryos and the kidneys of the newborn mice,esterase activity was in mature nephron of inner cortical zone,the strongest was in proximal tubules.In contrast,the poorly differentiated outer cortical zone was weak or showed no activity.This result is identical with that of kidneys of the newborn guinea pig and rat reported by wachstein et al.However,the time that esterase occurred was earlier than that reported by Hunter and Han Xuemei.
