电刺激中脑中央灰质对孤束核及其邻近脑区单位放电和心率的影响

Effects of Stimulation of Central Grey in Midbrain on Unit Discharge of Nucleus Tractus Solitarii and its Neighbouring Brain Area and Heart Rate

【摘要】 在人工呼吸的10只家兔上,于延髓孤束核及其邻近脑区内记录了185个单位放电,有五种放电形式:a)散在、b)密集、c)连续、d)周期性簇状放电与 e)混合放电。

【Abstract】 Discharge of 185 units of nucleus tractus solitarii(NTS)and its neigh- bouring brain area were recorded in 10 rabbits,under artificial respiration. There were five patterns of unit discharge,a)scatter;b)concentration;c) continuation;d)periodic burst;and e)compound, Of the 185 units tested for the effect of stimulation of central grey(CG) in midbrain,22 units(11.9%),showed an average decrease in unit discharge of 77.92% (P<0.01),and 7 units (3.8%)showed anaverage increase in unit discharge of 124.08%(P<0.05).Stimulation of CG could decrease the heart rate with concomitant reduction of 18 units discharge,As the heart rate was increased(on an average of 7 beats per minute)by stimulation of CG,the unit discharge rate was also elevated in 3 units simutaneously.There was a positive correlation between the changes of unit discharge of NTS and the heart rate.The results obtained indicated that there were inner- ration of NTS and its neighbouring brain in medulla oblongata from CG in midbrain,there mightbe two Rinds of cardiovascular neuron-excitatory and inhibitory in the NTS area.
