【Abstract】 The authors reported the blood level of acid and alkaline phospha- tase’, total cholesterol, calcium ion, inorganic posphorus and lactate dehy- drogenase （LDH） isoenzymes of 67 persons over sixty years old in Gui- yang district. The results were com- pared with the healthy adnlt controls under sixty years old （18-50）. The plasma samples used for determlnation were anticoagulated with heparin. The acid and alkaline phos- phatase were determined in King Arm- strong method; the total cholesterol in modified Zak’s method; the calci- um ion in the EDTA-Calcon way; the inorganic phosphorus in method of Fiske-Subbarow. The lactate dehy- drogenase isoenzymes were separated by agarose gel electrophoresis, dyed in the Nitro-Tetrazolium Blue chloride （NBT） and determined with a densitometor. The resuIts indicated that the total cholesterol, calcium ion, LDH, of the old group wore all higher than that of the control （P<0.001 and P>0.002）. But the LDH₃ of the old group was lower than that of the control （P<0.002）. None of the significant differences were observed in other item.更多还原
