【Abstract】 The ferroelastic properties of LnP₅O₁₄（Ln:La→Dy） crystal were studied by means of high-temperature-microscope and stressometer with sensor element. The phase transition temperatures and the critical shear stress for the rearrangement of ferroelastic domains of LnP₅O₁₄ crystal were also determined. Moreover, the configuration, the type and the orientation of the domains were observed using X-ray-Laue and optical method. The influences of ferroelastic domains on optical homogeneity and laser properties were also studied.更多还原
