NdAl3(BO3)4晶体生长和性质
THE GROWTH AND PROPERTIES OF NdAl3(BO3)4 CRYSTALS
【摘要】 本文讨论了以 K2Mo3O10为主的助熔剂、用籽晶转动法生长 NdAl3(BO3)4晶体的条件和工艺。生长出长4 cm、两端透明区为1.2cm的晶体。测量了理化性质和光谱。观测了小氙灯泵浦NdAl3-(BO3)4晶体的脉冲激光特性,并与NdP4O14晶体进行了比较。
【Abstract】 The conditions and technology in the growth of NAB crystals by seeding rotation me-thod with the flux consisting mainly of K2Mo3O10 are discussed. NAB crystals with regu-lar faces up to 4cm long and 1.2cm transparent region at both ends were grown.The phy-sico-chemical properties and spectra of the crystals were determined.The laser actionof NAB crystal-rods pumped by small Xe flash-lamp was measured and compared withNdP5O14.
