硅凝胶中生长CuCl晶体的研究

【摘要】 本文使用了两种简便的凝胶生长装置。详细地研究了生长温度、凝胶密度、凝胶pH值和生长液浓度等对生长液扩散速度的影响规律。探索了厘米级CuCl晶体生长的最佳条件,并能在两周内生长出边长为 6mm、无色透明的正四面体形CuCl单晶体。同时还发现晶体的抗氧化性是由其完整性所决定,晶体的完整性愈高,则抗氧化性愈强。

【Abstract】 Two convenient and simple devices for the growth of gel were used to study carefullythe effect of the growth temperature, gel density and pH value,and concentration of thegrowth solution on the law of the diffusion velocity of the growth solution.Optimum con-dition has been obtained for the growth of CuCl crystals, and colourless, transparentand tetrahedral CuCl single crystals,the edge oi which is 6 mm long, have been grown inthe curation of 2 weeks.Simultaneously, it is found that the anti-oxidizability of the crys-tal depends upon its perfection,i.e.its Fertection increases with its anti-oxidizability.
