软氮化整体淬火复合处理钢的组织特征
Structure characteristics of steels compound-treated with soft nitriding and through hardening
【摘要】 本文研究了碳钢和低合金钢气体软氮化后进行整体淬火复合处理工艺时组织,相组成和氨浓度分布的规律。试验表明,复合处理后可在零件表面形成一层含氮的马氏体,与单纯淬火的含碳马氏体相比,组织细微,亚结构细,位错密度高。含氮马氏体形态有针状和板条状的形态,含氨量较高时为针状;含氨量和含碳量均较低时为板条状。含氮层的淬火组织中有较多的残余奥氏体。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the structure, phase constituents and distribution of nitrogen in carbon and low alloy steels after compound treatment of soft nitriding and through hardening have been discussed.It is shown from the results of experiments and studies that a hard case of nitrogen martensite can be formed in the surface layer of treated parts. In comparison with carbon martensite in plain hardened steels, the nitrogen martensite has finer structure and substructure and higher density of dislocation. The appearance of martensite may be needle-like or Lath-like. The needle martensite is formed with higher nitrogen content in the steel and lath martensite formed with lower nitrogen and carbon content. The structure of the hardened nitrogen-bearing case contains more residual austenite than usual.
