【摘要】 <正> 有机磷杀虫剂灭蚜净,或称乙基速灭磷,是磷君(Phosdrin)类似物。它是含有乙烯基的磷酸酯类化合物:由于烯键上的取代方式不向,可形成顺式或反式异构体。已经证明,由于异构体几何构型不同,它们的生物活性也不同。除灭蚜净外,久效磷(Azodrin)、百治磷(Bidrin)、磷胺磷胺(Phosphamidon)等乙烯基磷酸酯类杀虫剂也都有这样的性质。因此,研究它们的顺、反异构体的定向合成问题就很有必要了。为了配合这方面的工作,鉴定定向合成的更多还原
