【Abstract】 In order to detect the physiological actions of the cerebral cortex of dairy cows,we studied their motor conditioned reflex in 1961—1964.Food was the unconditioned stimulus. The frequences of the positive and negative coaditioned stimuli were 100,150 and 200 vibrations per minute.Several positive conditioned reflexes,negative conditioned reflexes and their transformations had been made. The experiment was carried out almost every day and varied in the numbers of repeatations of the conditioned stimulus of one frequence.To avoid the possible mistakes in comparison,it was necessary that some actual stimulating numbers of times in experiments be changed into standard numbers of times.Therefore we put forward two formulas as follows: X₁=ne.Ne/ms+ne （1） X₂=ne（Ne-ne）/ns+ne （2） It has been proved by the experiments that first,the transformation of postive and negative conditioned reflexes into each other was more difficult than the formation or a positive or negative one;second,the establishment of first positive conditioned reflex was more difficult than of others lately,and there seemed to be no difference between them.更多还原
