【摘要】 本文对VOD冶炼Cr-Ni不锈钢过程作了系统分析,确定了所涉及的三类输出变量和两类输入变量,根据抚顺钢厂VOD精炼设备的143炉试生产数据,对88项各类变量做了全面的统计分析和评述,进而确立了22个重要指标的回归方程式,并举例做了简要的讨论。所建立的输出—输入经验方程组构成了该过程的统计模型,据此分析了工艺参数的合理选取和优化的可能性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The production of Cr-Ni stainless steel in a VOD furnace is systematically analysed and thethree kinds of output and two kind of input variables concerned are determined in this paper.Fromthe data of 143 heats of trial production in the VOD refining furnace of Fushun Steel Works,88variables of all kinds are statistically analysed and commented in a all round way.Then,a set ofregression equations with 22 imporant indexes is established and a brief discussion is presented asan example.The established output-input empirical equations constitute the statistical model of theproduction.On this basis,the possibility of reasonable selection and optimization of the technicalparameters is examined.更多还原
