关于提高初轧板坯收得率的变形试验研究
INVESTIGATION ON DEFORMATION FOR INCREASING SLAB YIELD
【摘要】 本文简述了凸底锭形状及凸底对提高板坯收得率所起的作用。着重阐述模拟本钢初轧机轧制工艺条件,轧制10.7t沸腾钢锭并采用正交设计来确定钢锭最佳凸底几何尺寸的试验。本试验的最佳凸底几何尺寸与合适的工艺相匹配板坯收得率达97.47%。本文指出了最佳凸底与合适地轧制工艺相匹配的重要性,同时分析了由于凸底几何尺寸不当或轧制工艺不合适在轧制中所产生的缺陷及规律。得到了对于各种锭型正确确定最佳凸底几何尺寸的通用公式。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the shape of truncated pyramid bottom ingot and its effect on slab yield. The authors made experiments to simulate the primary rolling process of Ben Xi Steel Worksin rolling 10.7t rimmed ingots. The experiments for determining optimum dimensions of the truncated bottom was designedon the basis of orthogoal method.The slab yield of 97.47% has been reached by adopting the optimumgeometrical dimensions of truncated bottom obtained in the experiments,in combination withproper rolling technique. The importance of matching the best truncated bottom design with the proper rolling techniqueis pointed out.At the same time the rolling product defects and their behavior due to impropergeometrical dimensions of bottom or unmatching of rolling techniques are also analyzed.As a result,a general formula has been obtained to determine the optimum truncated pyramid bottom dimensi-ons of various ingots.
