【Abstract】 The effect of antitumor agents vincristine and nitrogen mustard on the order parameters of phospholipid molecules in normal cell V₇₉and cancer cell V₇₉-B₁ membrane of Chinese hamster lung was studied with spin label and ESR spectroscopy technique.The curve of order parameters was reported.The Interaction of the antitumor agents with the membrane phospholipid molecules was discussed on molecular level.更多还原
