用电子自旋共振(ESR)研究肿瘤中的自由基

【摘要】 本文用ESR在直接冷冻和冰冻干燥两种条件下比较了大鼠正常组织心、肝、脾、肾、脑,肠系淋巴结和大鼠W256腹水癌、小鼠U14子宫癌中自由基含量的不同.发现这些组织中有一个g=2.0015的自由基信号.分析了直接冷冻和真空干燥样品两种条件对用ESR波谱仪测试自由基的优缺点及真空干燥样品使ESR信号增大的原因.本文还研究了用维生素C和抗癌药物长春新碱、硫杂脯氨酸处理U14后ESR波谱的变化.

【Abstract】 The free radical levels of the normal tissue: heart, liver, spleen, kidney, brain and lymph node have been compared with that of cancer W256, U14 of mice under freezing at -140℃ and lyophilization. The free radical levels of W256 and U14 are less than that of liver, kidney and spleen, but more than that of brain, heart and lymph node. We have analysed the advantage and adverse of measurement of free radical levels by ESR under the condition of freezing and lyophilization and the reasons of increase of ESR signal density by lyophilization. We have also investigated the alteration of ESR spectra after treatment by vitamin C and antitumor medicine vincristine and thioproline.
