金盘电极1.5次微分阳极溶出电分析法的研究──人体血清中痕量汞的测定

【摘要】 研究了金盘电极1.5次微分阳极溶出电分析法直接测定血清中痕量汞的实验条件.结果表明, 在0.1M H ClO4—2.5× 10-3MHCl底液中,汞的溶出峰形与理论预期的相一致,由两个极大峰和 一个极小峰组成,峰形明晰,灵敏度高.在2—90ppb范围内,峰高与被测离子浓度呈线性关系. 血清中Zn(Ⅱ)等十八种元素不干扰测定.方法简便,快速,重现性好.

【Abstract】 In order to determine directly the trace amount of Hg in serum by the anodic stripping 1. 5th order differential electroanalysis at gold disk electrode, a large number of supporting e1ectrolytes were investigated. The ideal electr- olyte should be 0. 1M HClO4 -2. 5 ×10-3M HCl, which gave a well-defined neo- polarogram. As was expected from theory, the shape having a minimun and two maximun was observed in e’ -E curve. The linear calibration curve was obtained for 2-90ppb. The amount of Hg was then determined by the standard addition techniques. Zn(II), Ca(II), Mg(II), Ni(II), Co(II), T1(I),Al(III),Fe(III).Pb(II), Mo(VI),Bi(III). Sn(IV), Cd(II), As(III), Mn(II), V(V), Ag(I), and Cu(II) did not interfere under the experimental conditions. The method was rapid, sensitive and reproduceable.
