镓─诋唑─吐温80显色反应的研究及其在测定铜矿中镓的应用

【摘要】 在弱碱性溶液中,在吐温80存在下,嫁与■唑生成了一种紫色络合物,吸收峰位于575毫微米,摩尔吸光系数ε575=7.9×104。络合物中嫁与■唑之比为1:3。在10毫升溶液中含嫁量为0-6微克,遵守比耳定律。铜和铁的干扰可于溶样时加入硫化钠沉淀除去,本文用于测定铜矿中微量的镓,结果满意。

【Abstract】 In a weak-basic solution with the presence of toween-80, the complex for- med by gallium and stilbazo exhitits a maximal absorbance at 575nm. The mo- lar ratio of gallium to stilbazo in the complex is estimated to be Ga (Ⅲ):sti- 1bazo=1: 3.The molar absorptivity is 7. 9×104 at 575nm. The calibration curve follows Beer’s law in the range from O to 6μg of Ga (Ⅲ) in 10ml solution. The interference of other metal ions such as Fe (Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) can be ele- minated by precipitation with sodium sulfide. The present method has been ap- plied to the determination of Ga in the cupric ore with satisfactory result.
