【摘要】 本文研究了聚酰胺1010(Ⅰ)和添加双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷的聚酰胺1010(Ⅱ)的辐射交联。(Ⅰ)的起始凝胶化剂量Rgel为25~29Mrad,在该剂量下(Ⅱ)的凝胶含量已达80%。经过辐照的(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)在热处理过程中有显著的后效应。用DSC,IR和ESR测定了辐照(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)的结晶结构,化学结构和自由基的变化。辐照交联改善了(Ⅰ)和(Ⅱ)的力学性能、热性能和电性能。

【Abstract】 The radiation crosslinking of polyamide 1010 (PA 1010)were studied.In irradiating PA 1010 at room temperature under vacuum and air with 60Coγ-rays, cros-slinking takes place mainly and degradation occurs simultaneously. The radiation obeysCharlesby-Pinner eqation. The dose for incipient gel formation are 25 Mrads and 29 Mradsin vacuum and air respectively. The influence of oxygen is observed. The crosslinking ofPA 1010 can be accelerated by MI. Heat treatments of postirradiated PA 1010 causeincreasing the gel contents of PA 1010. ESR study indicates the increase of gel content isclosely related to the recombination of the radicals trapped in PA 1010. Heat of fusionand crystallization temperature of PA 1010 determined by DSC are changed with radiationdose. The crosslinking of PA 1010 can be characterized by crystallization temperature.Elcctrical property and thermal resistence Of PA 1010 are improved by radiation cros-slinking.
