用辐射技术制备丙烯酰胺与丙烯酸钠共聚物水凝胶——超级吸水材料
PREPARATION OF COPOLYMER HYDROGELS BY RADIATION COPOLYMERIZATION OF ACRYLAMIDE AND SODIUM ACRYLATE——SUPER-WATER-ABSORBENT
【摘要】 本文描述了丙烯酰胺—丙烯酸钠水溶液辐射共聚—交联制备共聚物水凝胶的研究。在共聚体系中加入少量非离子型表面活性剂,可把单体浓度由通常的20%上下提高到50%,聚合转化率和共聚物的特性粘数也都有相当程度的提高。这一体系经辐射共聚—交联后,可得到溶胀比>1,000的共聚物水凝胶——超级吸水材料。这种共聚物水凝胶的溶胀比不仅受吸收剂量即交联密度的制约,而且与共聚物中羧钠基的含量有密切关系。
【Abstract】 Preparation of hydrogels by radiation copolymerization of acrylamide andsodium acrylate was investigated. Monomer concentration of mentioned system may be increasedfrom 20 wt.% to 50 wt.% by adding small amount of non-ionic surfactant. The polymerizationconversion and intrinsic viscosity of copolymers in high monomer concentration are greaterthan that in low monomer concentration to a certain extent. Radiation crosslinking ofcopolymer gives hydrogels having swelling ratio in water above 1,000, The swelling ratioof the copolymer-hydrogels depends not only on the crosslinking density, but also on the amountof-COONa groups in macromoleculer chains.
