冰态水溶液中γ射线引发胸腺嘧啶二聚作用机理研究Ⅰ.影响胸腺嘧啶二聚作用的因素

【摘要】 本文研究了自由基清除剂和正负离子清除剂对冰态水溶液中γ射线引发胸腺嘧啶二聚作用的影响,证明水辐解产生的OH自由基的间接作用不是形成以环丁烷型连接的胸腺嘧啶二聚体的原因;正负离子重合也不是形成这种二聚体的途径,而从激发能转移过程的研究中,给出了由胸腺嘧啶激发态的途径形成以环丁烷型连接的胸腺嘧啶二聚体的证据。同时发现,在268K时,亦形成胸腺嘧啶二聚体的A型异构体。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we have investigated the effect of the radical and cation-anionscavenges on the dimerization of thymine in frozen aqueous solution induced by r-rays. It wasproved that the indirect effect of OH radical produced by water rediolysis is not the cause offorming the thymine dimer linked by the cyclobutane ring. The cation-anion recombination isnot the way of forming the dimer too. From the research of excitation transfer we have obtainedthe evidence that thymine dimer linked by the cyclobutane ring is caused by the excited state ofthymine. At the same time, We have found that the thymine dimer A can also be formed at268 K.
