北五味子的辐射防护效应及其机理
RADIATION PROTECTION EFFECT AND ANTIOXIDATION OF SCHIZANDRA CHINENSIS BAILL
【摘要】 口服北五味子(Schizandra Chinensis Baill)醇溶性部分能使受半致死剂量全身照射的治疗组小鼠存活率达到80%,死亡小鼠平均存活期从10.5天延长到15天。预防组的存活率达到68.4%。醇溶性部分也能调整受照射小鼠的神经活动。在受60Co约1070rad全身照射小白鼠的预防组或治疗组中,北五味子煎剂均能提高肝、脑和肌肉的抗氧化能力,治疗组高于预防组。五味子素粗晶及五味子乙素,无论在体内外都能提高肝及脑对脂类过氧化作用的抗氧化能力。
【Abstract】 Before or after 228Ra irradiation with LD 50/30, mice were administrated withalcoholic soluble portion of Schizandra Chinensis Baill. In therapeutic group, survival increases to80% and average survival time of died mice increases from 10. 5 to 15 days. In prophylactic group.survival increases to 68. 4% only. The activity of nervous system of irradiated mice is normalizedby this portion. Whether therapeutic or prophylactic group of whole body irradiation of mice with 80Co in1070 rad, the antioxidation activities of liver and brain are increased by Schizandra Chinensis Baillextracted in boiling water. The antioxidation activities in therapeutic group are higher than thatin prophylactic group. The rough purified material of Schizandrin and pure γ-Schizandrin are able to increase theantioxidation activities of liver and brain to against ahe lipid peroxidation.
