简易氢化物-常规火焰原子吸收法测定化探试样中痕量铋

【摘要】 <正> 氢化物原子光谱法是近年来国内外分析工作者的研究课题,文献已对氢化物原子光谱法的进展作了综述。本文拟介绍一种简易氢化物发生器与常规空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收分析相结合的方法。氢化物发生器中产生的氢化物通过聚乙烯塑料管被常规火焰法喷雾器吸进雾化室送到空气-乙炔火焰中,同时读取被测元素吸光度峰值。铋的检出限可达0.3ppb,单次测定的相对标准偏差不大于1%。

【Abstract】 The bismuth hydride and hydrogen generated by reducing with potassium tetrahydroborate (III) solution are directly introduced into the air-acetylene flame and the peak height of absorbance is noted down at the same time. the interference of Cu, Co, Ni etc. can be sup- pressed by the addition of FeCl3 to the sample solution. The sensitivity is improved to 0.0008 ppm, and the relative standard deviation is 0.94%. This method has been applied to the ana- lysis of geological samples and the geological standard reference materials with satisfactory results.
