程序升温毛细管气相色谱分析180℃以前直馏汽油中单体烃
Hydrocarbon Analysis by Open-Tubular Column Chromatography with Programmed Tmerature for Straight Run Gasoe
【摘要】 <正> 近十余年来毛细管气相色谱技术已成为研究汽油中单体烃的重要方法,主要用角鲨烷(Squalane)为固定相。但角鲨烷只能在100℃以下使用,不适用于程序升温。在恒温下分离沸点范围较宽的汽油,峰宽变化又过大,不利于重组份的检测。我们改用硅酮型非极性固定液(OV-101)涂渍的石英毛细管柱,在较高柱温下仍可维持较长柱寿命及平稳的基线。采用线性程序升温可以弥补恒温时上述缺点,并大大提高了分析速度。
【Abstract】 Quartz capillary column coated with OV-101 has been used to separate individual hYdrocar-bons in straight run gasoline with programmed temperature. More than 180 peaks are identified, and their corresponding Kovat’s indices are determined. The retention indices(IPT)obtained vary with chromatographic condition such as column length, coating thickness etc.. By using small temperature gradient and adjusting the carrier gas flow rate to maintain the retention tem-perature of n-decane constant,the variation of IPr can be minimized.Under the condition speci-fied in this paper, the IPr values of hydrocarbons correlate well with the boiling points of corresponding compounds.
