用动态改性硅胶的液相色谱法分析新杀菌剂“川化018”
Determination of a New “Chuan Hua 018” Pesticide by Normal Phase Liquid Chromatography on Dynamically Modified Silica Gel
【摘要】 <正> “川化018”是四川省化工研究所首次合成的一种高效、低毒防治水稻疾病的新杀菌剂,其结构已鉴定如下:NN′-甲撑-双-(2-氨基-5-巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑),简称(MBAMT)。本文以硅胶为分离柱,在正己烷-乙醇的移动相中,加入少量二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),使MBAMT与所含杂质满意地分离。改变移动相中DMF的浓度,可以改变溶质的保留值和选择性。
【Abstract】 This work describes the determination of a new“Chuan Hua 018”pesticide by normal phase liquid chromatography on dynamically modified silica gel. The chromatographic separa- tions are Performed with silica gel as the solid phase and n-hexane-ethanol containing modified agent DMF as the mobile phase. The“Chuan Hua 018”pesticide and its impurities can be satisfactorily separated, the symmetry of Peaks improved and the solubility of the Pesticide increased when DMF is added in the mobile phase. The linearity, reproducibility and precision of this method have been determined with superior results.
