分光光度法测定金属铟中痕量铝

【摘要】 <正> 在高纯铟的质量控制中,铝是必须测定的杂质元素之一。由于铝、铟属于同族元素,性质十分相近,因此,二者共存时通常需预先分离再行测定,手续烦琐。Саввин等曾拟定在醋酸丙醇混合介质中用硝基磺酚S为显色剂测定铝,可允许6000倍铟存在,但只允许含水2—3%,条件苛刻,处理不便,且铟的允许量仍不能满足要求。铬天青S(CAS)与铝及表面

【Abstract】 A highly selective and sensitive spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of aluminium in pure metallic indium, based on the formation of a ternary complex as Al-chromazurol S-dodecylpyridinium bromide in the presence of ammonium acetate. The complex showed an absorption maximum at 610 nm and the maximal absorbance was kept constant in the pH range 5.3-5.8. The calibration curve obeyed Beer′s law in the concentration range from 0 to 0.24μg/ml of aluminium. Among twenty one diverse ions examined here, only ferricion interfered seriously with the determination of aluminium, and Fe(Ⅲ)was effectively masked by hydroxylamine hydrochloride and O-phenathroline.The method has been applied to the direct spectrophotometric determination of trace aluminium in pure metallic indium. The recovery of aluminium is 99—103%.
