25MeVX射线束照射的离体人血中淋巴细胞微核率的剂量-效应关系
OBSERVATION OF LYMPHOCYTIC MICRONUCLEUS FREQUENCY IN HUMAN BLOOD IN VITRO INDUCED BY 25MeV X-RAY
【摘要】 本文报告了用 Shimedzu BTR-25型医用感应电子加速器的25MeVX 线照射离体人血,诱发淋巴细胞微核率的剂量-效应关系。结果表明,微核细胞率和微核率与照射剂最可拟配合呈直线方程 Y=a+bD。
【Abstract】 25 Mev X-ray beam from a medical electron accelerator(SH-IMEDZU BTR-25)was used to induce the apperance of lymphocytic micro-nuclei in human blood in vitro.It found that the relationship between radia-tion dose and the incidence of micronucleus in the blood conformed with alinear equation y=a+bD.
