【Abstract】 This paper, on the basis of the change of bacterium cells in different stages of the multiplication, tries to make out the rules of the dyeing of nuoleoid of bacteria and has clarified the relations between the cell age and the degree of hydrolase, the time lenght of dyeing, the effect of the dyeing of nucleoid and other factors. The relations simplify the experimental step, and solve the phenomenon of the effect of the dyeing unsteady. The knowledge when applied to teaching and scientific research, has produced good results.更多还原
