滚子摆动从动杆盘状凸轮机构的合理设计方法

【摘要】 滚子摆动从动杆盘状凸轮机构在工业中应用很广,长期以来都认为这种凸轮机构也与直动从动杆盘状凸轮机构一样,其压力角必随基园半径增大而减小,并由此得出设计方法。本文用具体数据和有关公式证明了上述结论的局限性,提出了衡量该种凸轮机构最小尺寸的正确观点,并由此得出正确的设计方法和编制出可行的设计程序。

【Abstract】 The disk cam mechanisms with roller oscillating followers are widely used in industry. For a long time this type of the cam mechanisms has been considered to have the same rule as the one with a roller translating follower that the pressure angle reduces with the increase of the radius of the base circle and thus the design method is developed on the basis of this rule, i. e. increase the radius of the base circle when the pressure angle is greater than [α], This paper proves the limitation of the above conclusion with concrete data and related formulas.Both the correct view-point and the correct design method are presented to judge the minimal size of the cam mechanisms. And the corresponding design programme becomes practicable.
