准双曲面齿轮齿坯几何设计
Geometric Design of Hypoid Gears Blanks
【摘要】 准双曲面齿轮是齿轮传动的普遍形式,弄清它的几何设计原理具有十分重要的意义。本文以矢量代数为工具,找出了齿坯设计中基本几何参数之间的内在联系,建立了确定名义点位置的唯一可解的方程组,讨论了该方程组的解法,从而使准双曲而齿轮齿坯设计的思路更为清晰而严谨。
【Abstract】 Hypoid gears represent the most common form of gear driving. It is of great significance to clarify their geometric design principle. By means of vector algebraic treatment, this paper indicates internal relations of basic geometric parameters in geometric design of gear blanks and establishes a unique solvable equation system for determining the position of nominal points. This paper also describes the solution of this system, which makes the philosophy of the geometric design of hypoid gear blanks more clear and strict
