Fe—Al—Mn双相钢淬火相变特征的透射电子显微镜观察
TEM STUDY OF TRANSFORMATION IN "Fe-Al-Mn" DUAL-PHASES STEEL QUENCHING
【摘要】 用金属薄膜透射电子显微镜方法,对“Fe—Al—Mn”双相钢的淬火相变特征进行了研究,结合X—射线及电子探针分析结果发现:试验钢在1000~1150℃淬火时,δ—铁素体发生脱溶分解,形成δ—铁素体和Fe3Al有序相组织。在1150~1250℃温度范围内淬火时,δ—铁素体向γ—奥氏体转变。作为淬火相变产物的奥氏体有两种类型,一类是片状(孪晶)奥氏体,一类是板条状(位错)奥氏体。这些奥氏体与母相δ—铁素体之间大都有“ K—S”位相关系;淬火过程中还发生调幅结构及基体铁素体和相变产物奥氏体有序化等现象。
【Abstract】 Phase transformation after quenching of a dual phase "Fe-Al-Mn" steel has been studiedby trasmission electron microscope (TEM), and the experimental results showed: 1. δ-Ferrite decomposes partially into the ordered Fe3Al phase when the test steel isquenched from 1000~1150℃. 2. δ-ferrite transforms into austenite when the test steel is qunched from 1150~1250℃.There were two types of microstructures, the peate-like (twin) and the lath-like (dislocation),and "K-S" orientation relationship existed between Austenite and the matrix δ-ferrite. 3. The spinodal decomposition and the ordering of the matrix ferrite and the quenchedaustenite occurred during quenching.
