【Abstract】 A new formula for the dielectric constant in relation to the densities of the dielectrics have been derived by studying the effective field of nonpolar dielectrics. The calculated results of the formula compared with the para-hydrogen experimental data, show that the precision is as much as 4×10-5 which is one order greater than that of Bottcher’s.更多还原
