桓仁电站HL741和刘家峡电站HL008转轮叶片改型试验分析

【摘要】 本文根据混流式水轮机转轮的水力性能特点,通过HL-25模型转轮叶片改型试验和刘家峡电站30万千瓦机组转轮完善处理,简述采用适当方法进行转轮叶片改型,可改善水轮机组在非优工况下运行的水力性能,从而提高运行工况的效率或增大转轮的过流能力,以达到增大机组出力和有效运行。

【Abstract】 Proper modification of the runner blade results in the improved water dynamic performance of water turbine unit under transiant conditions and consequently the increased output and more effective operation of the unit. This conclusion was made based on the water dynamic properties of mixed-flow water turbine and the test results of a HL741-25 model runner blade as well as the actual field experience of a 300MW water trubine runner in Liujiaxia power station.
