径距取压ASME标准孔板测量亚临界压力汽水混合物含汽率的试验研究

【摘要】 对用径距取压的ASME标准孔板测量含汽率进行了试验研究。管道内径58.5毫米,m=0.2598,试验压力177~208公斤/厘米2,测量的含汽率范围0.21~0.97。在分相流动模型的基本假定下,引入一项补充假定(α=α′),得到的修正分相流动模型表达式,对于本文中ReTP≥1.5×105的试验数据能较好地进行综合,平均标准离差为±0.0401。与Murdock的数据(中压)相比,离差为±0.044。在试验条件下还发现流动特性对测量准确性有一定影响。

【Abstract】 Tests have been made on the measurement of steam-water mixture quality with an ASME diameter-tap orifice. The orifice is mounted in a pipe with I. D. of 58.5 mm and the ratio of its hole diameter to pipe diameter is 0.2598. Tests are conducted under pressures from 177 to 208 kg/cm2 and with steam qualities varying between 0.21 and 0.97. Based on a conventional separated flow model, a modified relationship is developed with the help of introducing an additional assumption of α =α. Test data in the range with ReTP=1 .5×10s can be well correlated using this relationship. The RMS error is ±0.0401 as compared with that reported by Murdock, which is±0.0440. The accuracy of measurement has found to be influenced by flow characteristics during test.
