机床主轴回转精度的动态测定与误差运动成因的分析研究

【摘要】 本文提出了“基准零线消隐-单向测量主轴径向回转精度”的简便方法,测定了车床主轴的径向回转精度,并在测定的车床上进行了切削试验,获得了加工精度与测试精度相一致的结果,证明机床的加工精度可用测定的回转精度表征。文章还进一步用频谱分析法初步探讨了滚动轴承主轴径向误差运动的成因,这对改进现有机床及设计新机床,提高其主轴回转精度,有一定参考意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a convenient method of "zero line elimination one-way radial-rotary precision measuring of lathe spindle" is put forward. The radial-rotary precision of lathe spindle has been measured and moreover, the cutting experimenthas been made on the tested lathe. The correlation of the machining precision and the measured precision has been obtained. It has been proved that the machining precision of machine tools can be expressed with the measured rotary precision. The paper discusses the cause of radial error formation of roller bearing spindle by using the frequency-analyzing method. It is of significance for reference in improving the present machine tools, designing new machine tools and enhancing the rotary precision of the spindle.
