HK-40钢转化炉管剩余寿命的推算方法
On Prediction Method of Residual Life of Reformer Furnace Tubes of HK-40 Steel
【摘要】 本文指出材料的含碳量和运行后材料组织的中二次碳化物平均尺寸(或硬度)对 HK-40钢炉管寿命的影响很大,而晶界块状σ 相则无明显的影响;证明了 K—D 参数法外推更适用于 HK-40钢;给出推算 HK-40钢转化炉管剩余寿命的经验 公式:
【Abstract】 In this paper,the effect of various materials factors(chemical composition, microstructure) on the rupture resistance of the reformer furnace tubes of HK--40 steel after 42000 hours operating at the elevated temperature is investigated. The experimental results show that the carbon content of steel, the average radius of secondary carbides within the grains(or hardness) aft- er operating at th e elevated temperature are effective factors of the influence on the residual life of furnace tubes, and the "mass--like", sigma(σ) phases at the grain boundary have no obvious effect on the rupture resistance of steel. The rupture tests also show that the K--D parameter extension method is more suitable for HK-40 steel by comparison with current L--M method. According to the above results and the data of the short time rupture tests and based on the mathematical model of the residual life calculation, an expe- rimental formula of the residual life prediction analysis is set up.
