机床振动系统阻尼比测定方法的探讨

【摘要】 机床振动系统的阻尼比通常是根据幅频特性曲线用公式 D=(ωb-ωa)/2ω0求 得的. 本文试用另外两种方法,以求在使用数字信号分析仪时.提高测定阻尼比的精确 度。为了对比用各种方法测定阻尼比的偏差大小,在铣床和一些结构模型上进行了 一系列的测试.

【Abstract】 The damping ratio D of a machine tool vibration system is determined usually from the resonance curve by equation D=(ωb-ωa)/2ω0. In this paper, two other methods are introduced to improve the accuracy of determining the damping ratio on the digital signal analyzer. In order to compare the deviation of the damping ratio determined by different methods, a series of measurements have been made on a milling machine and some testing models.
