【Abstract】 In this paper, we have given the functions, designs and realization methods of the statistics and the prediction system of the cargo-through capability of the port. In order to treat an greal deal, informations of the cargo-through capability by mini-computers, we design the suitable date structure for saving wide storage space. Furthermroe, we provide an exponent smoothing method for automatically choosing the smooth coefficient.The effect is validated by the prediction examples.更多还原
