不同纬度地区大豆短日照处理对过氧化物酶同工酶的影响

【摘要】 <正> 大豆短日照处理后,可以提前开花。来源于不同纬度地区的大豆在石家庄种植,对短日照反应不同,低纬度地区种反应敏感,高纬度地区种反应迟钝。对外界日照的这些反应必然引起其内部生理过程的变化。植物过氧化物酶同工酶以其广泛的存在和特殊的生物学意义,引起日益深入的研究。不少作者指出:过氧化物酶同工酶是较好的遗传信息表达标志,并认为过氧化物酶活力和同工酶的变化可能与一些高等植物的发育变化关系密切。本文拟以来源于不同纬度地区的大豆为材料,观察其经短日照处理后过氧化物酶同工酶谱及其活性的变化。

【Abstract】 Number of peroxidase isozymes patterns for nine varieties of soybcan derived from five different latitudes increase in the process from vegetative growth to reproductive growth, no matter whether they have been treated by short day or long day. Number of peroxidase reaches the top at flowering, then begins to decrease. However, it increase again, at pod filling. The process of transformation in short day treatment is faster than in long day treatment.The peroxidase activity appears to be such a regular pattern as changing from low-high-low in ontogenetic process. There was no correlation between the peroxidase activity and isozyme pattern bands of soybean was found.Peroxidase isozyme bands of soybeans from high latitudes are more than that from low latitudes. And this is probably due to the adaptation of soybeans to the chilliness of the cold locality.
