【Abstract】 In the fermentation of Glutamic acid,Oorynebacterium pekinese AS1.299 is infected usoully,by its bacteriophage,so the Production is decreased. Presently,Man prevent and Kill the bactoriophage in the fermen- tation,there are two ways:(1)put some Ohemicals into fermentation medium which is infecfed by baeteriophage.(2)Clear the environm- ent of the factory.But the result of both is not very good. We try to put some Chinise medicine into the infection fermenta- tion medium,Researoh Shaw:Some effect of Chinise medicine are Very good,there is not bad effectiveness for the growth of Corynebacterium pekiness AS1.299.更多还原
