可靠性理论在林业压力容器安全分析中的应用
RELIABILITY THEORY USED IN SAFETY ANALYSIS OF FOREST PRESSURE VESSELS
【摘要】 <正> 过去,我们在应用线弹性断裂力学强度判据时,都把判据中的各参量看作确定性的量来考虑。其实,在工程实际问题中,零部件所受的工作应力、裂纹的部位、形状和大小以及材料的断裂韧性等,都是带有某种不确定性的随机变量,把它们看作确定性的量来处理,显然是不符合实际的,因而也是不可靠的。要准确地来估计这些不确定性的因素,就要把可靠性理论充实到断裂力学中去。在断裂力学分析中引入可靠性理论,称为
【Abstract】 Reliabilitry theoy is an advanced designing method which uses probability theory and mathematical statistics as its theoretical basis. It has been widely used in mechanical design. In recent years, reliability theory has been gradually introduced into fracture mechanics and has become a branch of fracture mechanics which has been known as "probability fracture mechanics". It is very useful in the design, the strength analysis, the calculation of remnant service life and the selecting of materials of crack elements. This paper uses the theory to make a reliability analysis of safety and the service life of forest pressure vessels used for making fibreboard.
