【Abstract】 Reliabilitry theoy is an advanced designing method which uses probability theory and mathematical statistics as its theoretical basis. It has been widely used in mechanical design. In recent years, reliability theory has been gradually introduced into fracture mechanics and has become a branch of fracture mechanics which has been known as "probability fracture mechanics". It is very useful in the design, the strength analysis, the calculation of remnant service life and the selecting of materials of crack elements. This paper uses the theory to make a reliability analysis of safety and the service life of forest pressure vessels used for making fibreboard.更多还原
