【摘要】 <正> 集材——50拖拉机经十多年来的使用实践表明,它比较适于林区的木材生产。但是,由于某些零部件断裂失效严重,如车架断裂失效达15％以上,后桥箱断裂失效达60％以上,因此,集材——50拖拉机一般一年需要大修或中修一次,一台次大修费为8000—10000元,在厂期近一个月。 为了提高集材——50拖拉机的工作性能,延长主件使用寿命,降低大件换件率和大修成本,我们对集材——50拖拉机车架和后桥箱进行了两次技术改造。1982年9月完成了三台集材——50拖拉机的第一次技术改造,并投放友好林业局东卡林场、前进林更多还原

【Abstract】 After the analysis of the fracture failure of major parts, the measurement of the dynamical stress and the analysis of the frame and rear axle housing of Ji Cai-50 tractor, we have made two improvements on the frame and rear axle housing.This paper introduces the calculation, the construction specificities of the first technological improvement and the beneficial result of being used in the cutting area for nearly one year, and also introduces the implemental program of the second technological improvement.更多还原
