水电站蜗壳实测应力分析

【摘要】 水电站金属蜗壳及其外围混凝土的受力状况非常复杂,目前设计中做了很大的简化。为了了解结构的实际应力状态,本文对刘家峡、新安江两水电站的金属蜗壳及其外围钢筋混凝土的长期原型观测资料,进行了整理分析。并建立了涉及实际断面的力学模型,进行了有限元计算以验证观测分析成果。

【Abstract】 The shape of the scroll case and its surrounding reinforced concrete as well as the acting load are so complex that certain assumptions must be made in design practices.In order to find out the structural behavior, the observed data of the Liujiaxia and Xinanjiang hydropower stations are processed. This paper deals with the structural behavior of the scroll case and reinforced concrete of the two stations during construction and operation. The results of investigations show that the actual stresses developed in the scroll case and reinforced concrete are quite different to those evaluated from the current design practices. Some results of measurements are verified by F.E.M.analysis in the paper.
