高速重负荷(80m/s、300kgf)钢坯修磨的试验研究

【摘要】 对80m/s高速重负荷钢坯修磨中的几个有关问题进行了试验研究,表明对1Cr(?)8Ni9Ti和60Si2Mn钢坯修磨都收到较好的效果,80m/s高速重负荷修磨能够获得较高的金属去除率,还能相应地提高磨削比和降低比磨削能,是提高修磨效率并降低修磨成本的一种先进工艺,同时也是我国钢坯修磨技术的发展方向,文中提出了修磨功率计算式,可供设计新型80m/s修磨机床选定主电机功率时参考。
【Abstract】 Steel conditioning of high wheel speed and heavy duty is an advanced technological process for its high efficiency and low cost. The firstly developed series of high speed wheel (up to 80m/s) for billet conditioning in China were systematically investigated in laboratory under conditions of bringing tests into accord with actual production as much as possible.Summary. With such materials as 1Cr18Ni9Ti and 60Si2Mn billets tested and exerting4 different loads on workpiece from 100 to 300 kgf at intervals of 50kgf, conditioning experiments were carried out taking a form of upright grinding at the speeds of 50, 60, 70 and 80 m/s. Parameters as metal removal rate Zw , grinding wheel wear rate Zs, grinding ratio G, grinding power Pm , specific grinding energy u and workpiece speed vw have been measured and some relationships between them are regressively determined from test results. It is exhibited that when the wheel speed is raising to 80m/s in conditioning, the grinding efficiency can be significantly increased and the energy consumption reduced to a certain degree together with the improvement of wheel wear resistance, thus reducing the steel conditioning expense. Based on the term grinding power Pm, an approximate capacity formula is given to choose the main motor which is required for designing a new type grinder:where Pw is the total capacity of main motor to be chosen; Pt the idle capacity of main motor, Fn the normal grinding force and vs the wheel speed. During high speed (80m/s) conditioning, the workpiece speed vw has less influence on those factors as Zw, Zs, G, Pm and u etc but greater on the grinding burning. It is found that the higher the workplace speed vw, the weaker the burning is, and the value of workpiece speed can not be less than 30m/min at least for the 80m/s high speed conditioning.
