高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的理论与实践
Smelting of Vanadium-containing Titanomagnetite Ores in Blast Furnace
【摘要】 高炉冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿的主要困难是由钛渣的特殊性质引起的,它们具有脱硫能力低、熔化性温度高以及高温还原变稠等特点,采用质量良好的原料,严格控制生铁含硅,选择适宜的炉渣碱度是解决高炉冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿的主要措施。
【Abstract】 A large number of V-containing titanomagnetite ores have been found in the southwest part in China. The smelting of this kind of ores in blast furnace is often accompanied with a formidable difficulty for the presence of titanium dioxide up to 25% in slag. Which factors causing the problems in smelting process and what measures shold be taken effectively for solving the problems are investigated.Summary. In comparison with the ordinary slag, the titanium dioxide containing slag displays mainly three characteristics, ie.,--low desulfurization capability,eg. when CaO/SiO=1, for ordinary slag Ls (distribution coefficient of sulfur) is equal to 26, but for the slag containing 25% TiO2 it will only be 8;--high melting temperature, as 80-100℃ higher than ordinaryslag with a similar basicity;--high glutinousness, it is closely related to the reduction process of TiO2 and, the more thorough the reduction proceeds, the more glutinous the slag will be, even non-flowable.Smelting of titanomagnetite ores has been processed in China for many years.
