【摘要】 本研究对中国佛手种和日本皋芦种的叶片和花组织的某些形态特征进行了比较测定,并通过方差分析进行了计算,结果表明在上述两品种间并无明显差异。对叶片和花粉表面电镜扫描结果,两品种间亦无明显的形态学上的差异。中国佛手种和日本皋芦种在形态学上似乎是同一个类群。因此,假如我们推测日本的皋芦种是从中国引进的,那么中国福建种很可能是日本种的原种。具有各种史料记载的中国皋芦种,证明它在形态学上不同于日本皋芦种,但要确定其更精确的差异性,则需对两品种作进一步的比较研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some morphological charactors of leaf and flower tissues of Chinese Fushuo andJapanese Koro were examined comparatively in this study,and the measured characteristicswere calculated by analysis of variance.The results showed no significant differencebetween these two varieties.No significant morphological difference were obserbedbetween the two by electronmicroscopic screening of the leaf and pollen surface.Morphologically Chinese Fushuo and the Japanese Koro seem to belong to the samegroup.Therefore,if we could assume that Koro variety had been introduced from China,this Chinese variety from Fujian could be the original form of the Japanese variety.The Chinese Koro variety which appears in various historical documents has been provedto be different from Japanese Koro variety morphologically.But in order to determinethe more accurate differentiation further comparative study of Chinese Koro and Japan-ese Koro are needed.更多还原
