微计算机控制TIG焊可控硅整流电源时间分割密度的研究
Research on the Separation Interval of SCRS Photo Corner in TIG Power Source Controlled by Microcomputer
【摘要】 本文说明了时间分割密度对计算机控制的 TIG 焊电源控制精度的影响,推导出了时间分割密度的数学表达式,分析了电弧静特性的斜率、调节的非线性和电源变压器的漏抗对时间分割密度的影响。根据理论分析结果,在所研制的微计算机控制的 TIG 焊电源 MC—NA—250—83中,时间分割密度取为715。经过实际焊接工艺试验,证明该系统运行稳定、可靠,达到了所要求的控制精度。
【Abstract】 In this paper,it is shown that the separation interval of SCR’S photo coner (SISPC) has aneffeet on the precision of TIG power source Which is controlled by microcomputer,a SISP’S mathematical formulais derived,and the influence of are static-characteristic slope,non-liner adjustment and natural characteristic of power- source transformer on SISPC is analyzed.The experiment shows that the operation of TIG power source which controlled by microcomputer is steady and reliable,and the required precision has been reached.
