奥氏体锰钢中非金属夹杂物的控制
Control of Non-Metallic Inclusions in Austenitic Manganese Steels
【摘要】 本文以含8%Mn的奥氏体锰钢为对象,研究了不同脱氧剂、变质剂及热处理对非金属夹杂物的类型、数量、大小、形状及分布的影响,找出了奥氏体锰钢较满意的脱氧剂及变质剂和其合理加入量,使非金属夹杂物得到了较好的控制,使用性能也得到了相应的提高。
【Abstract】 The effects of decxidants, inoculants and heat treatmnt procedure cn the type amount, size, shape and distributicn of non-metallic inclusions in austenitic manganese steel containing 8% of Mn ha e ben investigated. The atisfactory deoxidant and incoulant including their appropriate amounts added to the steel have been found. This significantly contrcls the non-metallic inclusion and remarkably increases the service properties.
