钯催化剂用于合成新型抗癌药物中间体的研究

【摘要】 <正> 在合成新型抗癌药物中间体3-(3,4-二氨基苯基)-2-氨基丙酸及3-(对-氨基苯基)-2-氨基丙酸时,中间一步要使碳-碳双键加氢和硝基还原.反应如下:

【Abstract】 In the synthesis of the intermediates,3-(3, 4-cliaminophenyl)-alanine and 3-(p-aminophenyl)-alanine, of new antitumor drug, 5 % Pd/Al2O3 is an excellent catalyst both in activity and selectivity for the hydro-genation of carbon-carbon double bond and the reduction of nitro group simultaneously. The hydrogenation and reduction are carried out at 50 ± 5℃ and atmospheric pressure for 3hr. When the amount of catalyst used is 10% of the reactant, the yield of the product is about 87%.The catalyst can be recovered and reused. Regeneration of the catalyst involves the removing of the organic materials from catalyst surface by washing with absolute alcohol and calcinating at 300 - 400℃ for 2hr. The regenerated catalyst shows an activity nearly the same as the fresh catalyst. The amount of the regenerated catalyst used varies from 10% to 20% of the reactant, the yield of the hydrogenation product is 76 and 87% respectively.
