【Abstract】 A specific antisurum against rat atriopeptins was used to study the location of atriopeptins like immunreactive material in rat heart by immunohistochemical procedures. Specific atriopeptin like immunreactive granules in rat atrial cardiocytes were observed in almost every part of the atrium. These grannies mainly located around the nuclens, especially at the two end of the nuclens, no immunoreactive staing was found in ventricle.更多还原
