【Abstract】 Large dose of balance solution (BS) insused intravenously alone did not show any therapeutic effect during experimental irreversible hemorrhagic shock (IHS) in rabbits. However, a significant beneficial result appeared when BS and Anisodamine (A) were employed together. Administration of either BS and Strophanthin K (S) or a triad of BS, S and A failed to produce satisfactory result. It seems probably that A may play certain role in the therapeutic effect of IHS via its influence in the improvement of microcirculation.更多还原
